Optimal Title plugin for WordPress
By default WordPress titles your pages ‘Blog Name : Post Title’. While this is great for the ego showing your blog name first, it’s not ideal for SEO purposes. In theory, and since all SEO techniques are just theory, having the keywords of your post title earlier in the page title should help you climb higher in the search engine results.
Optimal title helps with that. It is a straight replacement for the wp_title() function that is built in to WordPress except that it reverses the string so that it is ‘Post Title : Blog Name’. I’ve used it on a couple of my blogs and it does seem to help.
